Jason Lindstrom

Born and raised in Sacramento, Jason Lindstrom married his wife, Masie, at the age of 18. Together, they have built a strong family foundation and are proud parents to four children: daughters Makayla, Courtney, and LeAnn, and their son, Kyle.

In May 1991, Jason enlisted in the United States Army, where he served for nearly a decade. His military career included assignments at Fort Benning, Fort Lewis, Fort Carson, and in Germany. During his years of service, Jason developed a deep passion for leadership, personal development, team building, and training — values that continue to shape his professional and personal life today.

Following his military service, Jason transitioned into the real estate industry in May 2000, earning his real estate license and beginning a highly successful career spanning more than 26 years. Throughout his career, he has served as a top-producing real estate professional, team leader, business owner, and executive leader across Colorado, California, Nevada, Virginia, and Utah. Jason has earned numerous awards and industry recognition for his ability to drive company growth, increase productivity, build high-performing teams, and cultivate strong business cultures rooted in leadership and accountability.

In April 2008, Jason joined Rapport Leadership International as Director of Business Development and was later honored with the role of President and CEO. His commitment to leadership development and helping others maximize their personal and professional potential became a defining focus of his career.

Today, Jason and Masie lead The Lindstrom Radcliffe Group, serving clients throughout Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City with Equity Union. Most recently, Jason accepted the role of Regional Director for Equity Union, helping lead the company’s continued expansion throughout Coachella Valley and Southern Nevada. His leadership vision centers on culture, growth, innovation, and empowering professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Outside of business, Jason values faith, family, and creating meaningful experiences with those he loves most. He and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, boating, camping, hiking, and sharing their love for the magic and adventure of The Walt Disney Company.
