Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie Taylor has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry for 17 years, specializing in the Coachella Valley. In addition to her successful real estate career, she has actively contributed to the growth and integrity of the industry through leadership roles. At the California Desert Association of Realtors® (CDAR), Stephanie has served on several committees including Grievance, Professional Standards, and Strategic Planning and Finance. She also held the role of Treasurer (2019-2020) and was President of CDAR in 2022.

At the state level, Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors and has volunteered as an Ombudsman for the California Association of Realtors® since 2014, offering invaluable support to agents statewide. She holds a business degree from Texas Christian University (TCU), has received intensive training in mediation and negotiation, and has previous experience managing large teams as a Digital Producer in the entertainment industry. With her diverse background, management experience and most recently her position as an Assistant Broker, Stephanie is a valuable asset and a welcome addition to the Equity Union Broker Team
